I invested in a stability ball recently and didn't realize
how easy it would be to work out using this ball because it really is a lot of
fun. I got a list of printable exercises so here it is. Don’t have time to go
to the gym or get a gym membership invest in a stability ball!

Lower carb shopping list
For those on the journey to a healthier lifestyle and of course a better body I have created a list of some groceries that should be in your cart on shopping day. Some “diets”, such as the “no carb diet”, encourage people to not consume any carbs at all making fats and protein the essential source of energy. However, your body needs some degree of carbohydrates to function in my opinion and I would never recommend cutting carbs completely out to anyone. So here it is below
1. Proteins
• Chicken
• Turkey
• Eggs
• Lentils
• Fish (salmon, tuna)
• Beans (kidney, pinto, etc.)
2. Vegetables
• Spinach
• Broccoli
• Kale
• Tomatoes
• Carrots
• Cauliflower
• Cucumbers
• Asparagus
• Green beans
• Egg plant
• Okra
3. Fruits- for low carb diets since we are not completely eliminating carbs keep in mind that fruit has a higher sugar content but I still enjoy the following:
• Blueberries
• Strawberries
• Raspberries
• Other fruits do contain much more sugars but I still enjoy my grapes
4. Dairy- as I am lactose intolerant I tend to stay away from too much dairy, I do however use:
• Almond milk (for my coffee)
• If you must use milk try using 2% milk instead
5. Nuts
6. Oils- stay away from hydrogenated oils! use :
• Coconut oil
• Olive oil
• Grapeseed oil

Meal Prepping: A New Lifestyle
Today I decided to start a new journey with meal prepping.
Here’s what I did! I went to Costco’s bought a big can of tuna, salmon, grapes,
steak, chicken breast, spinach, and a bag of mixed and ready vegetables. Today
I prepped all that food for the week in order to have all my meals readily
available for me on my life changing journey. MEAL PREPPING IS NOT A DIET! IT
IS A LIFE CHANGE! This is only the start to my life change. My first meal will
be tomorrow and at the end of the week I will let you guys know how it goes. I
am hoping to tone and become healthier with my new life change. Comment if you
have or will be making this life change along with me and if this is something
you have been doing for a while please leave your tips for others below! Be
healthy and start the life change with me everyone J You are all beautiful! <3

Inexpensive Way To Clear Skin.
I recently had a series of breakouts on my chin and cheek for some odd reason after having such clear undamaged skin. I am not exactly sure as to why I chose to try this bar but desperate times called for desperate measures right? While I am not one to normally promote acne cleansing products I will say this AMBI skin cleansing bar absolutely did get rid of the marks I got from the breakouts. I was so amazed I had to share. I only used the bar for a total of a week and a half before I saw such great results I notice the marks were fading way faster than I was receiving breakouts. HOWEVER, if you have frequent breakouts I would suggest this bar in combination with something meant for breakouts this bar was two dollars from the local beauty supply and it’s a bar so after a month of using I still have some on the bar. Comment and let me know if you try the bar and let me know if your experiences differ with the bar. I am for one a firm believer of the AMBI skin cleansing bar as of a month ago!
